Responsibilities
Instalación, configuración y puesta en marcha de equipos.
Diagnósticos básicos y avanzados de los equipos.
Reparación, ajuste y cambio de partes y/o módulos basado en información objetiva.
Explicar con claridad los alcances de las actividades de servicio a los clientes.
Reportar detalladamente los problemas encontrados y las acciones tomadas.
Responsabilizarse por la solución de los problemas cumpliendo con los acuerdos de niveles de servicio comprometidos con los clientes.
Requirements
Conocimientos y habilidades adquiridos a través de entrenamiento formal y/o experiencia comprobada de trabajo.
Debe estar en capacidad de ejecutar procedimientos establecidos de servicio técnico con moderada o ninguna supervisión.
Aplicar conocimientos y/o métodos científicos a la resolución de problemas técnicos.
Debe ser capaz de representar profesionalmente a NCR.
Ejecutar rutinas y procedimientos estandarizados de servicio técnico y atención al cliente.
