About the role
- Engagement Manager overseeing SaaS implementations at Workday, ensuring alignment between teams and clients. Leading projects with a focus on change management and business value during client onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse portfolio of projects at any given time, ensure alignment of internal and external teams, and serve as the point of contact for the implementation of new customers
- Develop and take ownership of client’s implementation plan: achievements, project risks and mitigation strategies and address other line items relevant to efficiently delivering an enterprise SaaS product
- Follow an agile Kanban-based implementation methodology
- Lead aspects of change management and implementations with some of the largest and most strategic accounts
- Track high-level business needs and ensure the solution aligns to deliver business benefits
- Produce project-level reports covering overall status, milestone tracking, risks/issues, and mitigation plans
- Maintain trusted and positive partnerships across a wide array of subject areas and teams
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution with collaborators
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the core product, marketing, and sales process
Requirements
- 5+ years demonstrated ability in an external, client facing Project Manager role - managing SaaS implementations
- 3+ years demonstrated ability with modern software and implementation processes, including enterprise SaaS deployments
- CLM - Contract Lifecycle Management experience is highly preferred
- Ability to formulate, prioritize, monitor, and lead inter-connected projects with fractionally deployed resources
- Ability to meet timelines, budgets, and resource plans for long-term projects
- Outstanding communication skills, highly organized, and customer intuitive
- Highly collaborative with a team-first attitude; can work effortlessly and successfully across all departments
- Compassionate, insightful positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
- Legal, legal operations, contract management, and product development experience a plus
- PMP/PMI or SCRUM certification is a plus
