Responsibilities
Act as a Hunter focused on large accounts in the Food and Retail segments, identifying and prospecting new business opportunities.
Map markets, sectors and strategic decision-makers, opening doors within complex accounts.
Deliver solution presentations and lead high-level meetings with C-level executives.
Conduct consultative negotiations for mid- to large-size contracts.
Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring predictability and accuracy.
Achieve and exceed aggressive new business targets (MRR and revenue).
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B technology (SaaS) sales, with a focus on large accounts.
Track record as a Hunter, with strong prospecting and new client acquisition skills.
Experience in consultative selling and managing complex negotiations.
Ability to engage with senior executives (C-level).
Strong command of sales techniques.
Pipeline management experience using CRM (HubSpot).
Analytical mindset, resilient, results-oriented and high commercial drive.
Experience in the SaaS market for SMEs and large enterprises.
Familiarity with sales success metrics (MRR, LTV, Churn).
