About the role

  • Human Factors Consultant delivering Human Factors work programmes for multidisciplinary projects. Supporting clients in energy, defence, space, and transport sectors and providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering Human Factors work programmes as part of multidisciplinary projects
  • Undertaking research into Human Factors related topics
  • Developing HF strategies for delivering complex projects
  • Identifying and supporting business development opportunities
  • Authoring and reviewing complex technical deliverables

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Factors
  • Experience in implementing human factors integration activities
  • Ability to manage projects from a technical and commercial perspective
  • Knowledge of human factors and systems engineering
  • Experience within multidisciplinary consultancy environment
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring
  • Strong track record in formal human factors analyses
