Responsibilities
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de tweede- en derdelijns ondersteuning
- Je analyseert complexe meldingen in ons ticketsysteem en via de telefoon
- Je duikt regelmatig de code in om te achterhalen waar een bug precies vandaan komt
- Je adviseert klanten online (virtueel advies) over hoe ze onze producten optimaal kunnen inzetten binnen hun werkproces
- Je speelt een rol bij de technische implementatie van onze producten bij nieuwe of bestaande klanten
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor escalaties en zorgt voor een professionele afhandeling wanneer zaken even niet lopen zoals gepland
- Je onderzoekt en benut AI-mogelijkheden om onze supportprocessen te verbeteren
- Je ondersteunt en coacht je directe collega’s, maar springt ook gerust even bij in de eerste lijn als de drukte daar om vraagt.
Requirements
- Je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Je hebt relevante werkervaring in een technisch/functionele supportrol en bent klaar voor een senior stap
- Je hebt affiniteit met de techniek, softwarecode en technische implementaties
- Je bent verbaal sterk en kunt complexe zaken begrijpelijk uitleggen aan zowel een developer als een eindgebruiker
- Je ziet snel de kern van een probleem en houdt het hoofd koel bij escalaties.
