About the role

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and adherence to established procedures
  • Safeguard sensitive HR data with enterprise-grade security and compliance controls
  • Translate HR data into meaningful metrics and dashboards
  • Use AI-powered analytics to generate insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Act as the primary contact for system-related inquiries and coordinate with ADP support as needed
  • Leverage ADP’s embedded AI tools (e.g., anomaly detection, ADP Assist) to improve efficiency and resolve issues
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users
  • Maintain clear and accessible system documentation and user guides

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent professional experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and capability.
  • Proven experience working with an HRIS or similar business system
  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain data security
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and data analysis
  • Experience with AI-powered features in HCM platforms (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent search) (desired)
  • Ability to interpret HR metrics and communicate findings effectively (desired)
  • Familiarity with system testing methodologies (QA/UAT) and project management principles (desired)
