About the role

  • HR Operations Intern assisting in daily HR operations and employee experience initiatives. Supporting HR technology and project collaboration regarding processes for global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own daily HR operations: respond to employee inquiries, maintain laser-accurate records, and master HR systems like Bob
  • Hunt for process improvements and automation opportunities that make our lives easier
  • Drive employee experience initiatives from that first "welcome aboard" moment to the warm farewell
  • Bridge operations and AI: connect real HR work to Blue's capabilities, organize knowledge that matters, and create training materials that reflect actual employee needs
  • Collaborate on strategic HR projects across benefits, HRIS maintenance, and whatever comes next
  • Shape your own learning journey - we'll tailor projects to your goals, expertise, and curiosity

Requirements

  • Currently studying (or just finished) HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Data Analytics, or something that you think is a fit
  • Enrolled in a Dutch university - you need that student status for the internship contract magic
  • Can write and speak English like a pro - clarity matters here
