Responsibilities
Own daily HR operations: respond to employee inquiries, maintain laser-accurate records, and master HR systems like Bob
Hunt for process improvements and automation opportunities that make our lives easier
Drive employee experience initiatives from that first "welcome aboard" moment to the warm farewell
Bridge operations and AI: connect real HR work to Blue's capabilities, organize knowledge that matters, and create training materials that reflect actual employee needs
Collaborate on strategic HR projects across benefits, HRIS maintenance, and whatever comes next

Requirements
Currently studying (or just finished) HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Data Analytics, or something that you think is a fit
Enrolled in a Dutch university - you need that student status for the internship contract magic
