About the role
- Americas Mobility Manager overseeing team managing international and domestic relocations for Caterpillar. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Americas Mobility team of two to three team members supporting international and domestic relocations within the Americas region.
- Manage the vendor services relationships within the Americas region including relocation management company, immigration provider, and other third party relocation suppliers.
- Consult HR leaders and business partners on domestic and international talent mobility challenges, providing solutions to meet their business needs.
- Manage escalations and exceptions, ensuring a high level of service with a key focus on employee experience while upholding the integrity of the global mobility policies and program.
- Analyze, interpret, and summarize complex and technical information and communicate it in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner to stakeholders.
- Support the creation and delivery of training and coaching on policies and procedures to internal stakeholders, as required.
- Lead or support global projects, recommending and implementing process improvements and system enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, human resources, international business or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of HR related experience, preferably in managing global mobility and immigration matters
- Experience working within an international environment and across diverse cultures
- Skilled in building trusted partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinking, driving process efficiencies and customer focused solutions.
