About the role

  • Accompany the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding through development and retention to offboarding
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related, labor law, and interpersonal matters
  • HR administration, including contract management, certificates, and maintenance of the digital personnel file
  • Develop HR initiatives such as training programs, talent management, and succession planning
  • Responsible for HR compliance and HR controlling
  • Support recruiting activities, especially creating job profiles and shaping a positive candidate experience

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and relevant legal frameworks
  • Extensive experience in strategic and operational HR – ideally in an SME environment
  • Proficiency with modern HR software solutions, ideally Sage
  • Initial experience with Jira and Confluence for digital personnel management, process control, and documentation
  • Analysis of HR metrics and derivation of targeted measures
  • Knowledge in personnel development, recruiting, and employer branding
  • Clear, empathetic, and audience-appropriate communication with employees, candidates, and managers
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style, even in complex or sensitive situations
