Responsibilities
Accompany the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding through development and retention to offboarding
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related, labor law, and interpersonal matters
HR administration, including contract management, certificates, and maintenance of the digital personnel file
Develop HR initiatives such as training programs, talent management, and succession planning
Responsible for HR compliance and HR controlling
Support recruiting activities, especially creating job profiles and shaping a positive candidate experience
Requirements
Solid knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and relevant legal frameworks
Extensive experience in strategic and operational HR – ideally in an SME environment
Proficiency with modern HR software solutions, ideally Sage
Initial experience with Jira and Confluence for digital personnel management, process control, and documentation
Analysis of HR metrics and derivation of targeted measures
Knowledge in personnel development, recruiting, and employer branding
Clear, empathetic, and audience-appropriate communication with employees, candidates, and managers
