About the role

  • Partner with the broader NA HR Team to provide strategic and tactical HR support
  • Build strong relationships across the business at all levels
  • Educate, support, and follow up with leadership regarding execution of human resources policies
  • Manage employee relations issues - perform investigations, conduct exit surveys, focus groups
  • Mentor leaders on effective performance review process to ensure consistency, fairness, and timeliness
  • Support talent acquisition efforts and onboarding; ensuring new hires are set up for success through effective orientation
  • Lead HR process improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience required
  • 5 ~ 7 years of Direct HR experience, including HR Business Partner or progressive Generalist/Manager roles
  • Experience with HR Systems and Tech including AI for HR
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint skills
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Intermediate level system(s) skills in HRIS Systems
  • Fluency bi-Lingual capabilities in English
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current employment laws (EEO, Wage & Hour, Labor, ADA, FMLA)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to embrace and leverage current and new technology to support the business.
