Responsibilities
Recruiting & Onboarding
Drafting and publishing job advertisements
Managing the application process including candidate communication, interview coordination and initial screening interviews
Organizing and supporting the onboarding of new employees
Employee support
Point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions such as working hours, training or internal processes
Supporting feedback discussions and contributing to a positive company culture
HR administration
Drafting employment contracts, certificates and references
Maintaining and managing personnel files and HR systems
Managing joiners and leavers including administrative processes
Liaison with external partners such as tax advisors, authorities and health insurance providers
People development
Organizing workshops, training and development measures
Supporting talent and development programs
Participating in internal HR projects such as employer branding and process optimizations
Supporting the further development of HR policies and tools
Ensuring compliance with employment law requirements
Advising managers on employment law matters
Collaborating with external partners
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist
Basic knowledge of German employment law and confident use of common HR tools
Structured, independent and reliable working style
