About the role

• HR Generalist managing HR functions for EMEA at Transoft Solutions. Fostering employee engagement and compliance within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, offering thoughtful advice, coaching, and day-to-day HR support.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle: posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and welcoming new hires.
• Create smooth, engaging onboarding experiences that help new team members hit the ground running.
• Support performance reviews, feedback conversations, and leadership development.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations and workplace culture initiatives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HR programs with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Maintain and update policies, processes, and employee handbooks to stay compliant with global and local legislation.
• Help plan and deliver initiatives that drive engagement, inclusion, and recognition.
• Track and analyze HR data, reports, and trends to support better decision-making.
• Jump into HR projects and process improvements that improve our employee experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas, with exposure to EMEA regions.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent (or working toward it) preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you are approachable and solutions-focused.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with great time management.
• Comfortable with HR systems and reporting tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally to support our global team.
• Legally eligible to work in either the UK, Slovenia, or The Netherlands.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English (oral and written), but additional languages are a plus.
