Lead and develop a team of 5 direct reports (18 in total), fostering engagement, performance, continuous improvement, and a culture where everyone feels they belong and enjoys their work
Develop and implement the Employee Relations strategy for France, aligned with business objectives and the global Associate Relations (AR) vision
Lead constructive negotiations with trade unions and employee representative bodies, building collaborative, trust-based relationships
Work closely with HR leaders across France and act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams across Mars' business segments (Petcare, Snacking, Food, etc.) on HR matters
Anticipate future social and employee needs of employees, the organization, and social partners, translating them into proactive employee relations priorities
Drive change and organizational development initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation
Resolve complex workplace issues while ensuring compliance and protecting employees' interests
Report to the Director of Associate Relations Europe/IMEA and contribute to the European AR team by leading and supporting regional projects and best-practice sharing
Promote an inclusive, equitable, and values-driven workplace that strengthens the company's strong culture
Requirements
Proven HR leadership experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Excellent stakeholder management skills and executive-level communication
In-depth knowledge of social dialogue in France and experience negotiating with trade unions and employee representative bodies
Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams through influence, empathy, and empowerment
Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment
Ability to anticipate social trends and influence outcomes
Fluency in French and English
