About the role

  • Manage employee records, including maintaining employee information, contracts, and documentation, certificates, HRIS data maintenance and KPI's.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, such as payroll, leave management, and employment policies
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Human Resources Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Spanish/German is desirable
