Supports the Human Resources and Compliance functions by ensuring that employee records, training programs, and onboarding/offboarding processes are efficiently managed and compliant with internal and external regulations.
Coordinates 2nd round interviews with Supervisors and Team Leads.
Initiates and monitors the pre-hire process.
Organizes and maintains onboarding documentation for new hires.
Manages data entry in Paragon systems for new employee setup.
Maintains staff files and tracks updated vaccines and compliance documentation.
Collaborates with leadership to ensure timely renewals of professional licenses.
Prepares reports and metrics on compliance, training completion, and workforce trends.
Prepares and supports payroll preparation and verification.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in HR administration, compliance, or training coordination.
Working knowledge of BambooHR, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and Violet (or similar systems).
Strong organizational and data management skills with high attention to accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, credentialing, immunization tracking).
Experience managing training programs or compliance audits.
Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
