About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-impact HR Business Services team ( ~10 p), fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Ensure seamless delivery of HR services across the cluster, aligned with global standards and local needs
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean and digital tools
- Collaborate with senior HR and business leaders to align service delivery with strategic goals
- Oversee deployment of corporate and cluster-specific HR projects
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for service enhancement and cost optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7–10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Strong background in HR operations and business partnering within global, multi-SBU environments
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive transformation
- Experience in employee/labor relations (ER/LR) is essential
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English; other European languages are an asset
- Willingness to travel across the cluster (up to 50%)
