About the role

  • Lead and develop a high-impact HR Business Services team ( ~10 p), fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure seamless delivery of HR services across the cluster, aligned with global standards and local needs
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean and digital tools
  • Collaborate with senior HR and business leaders to align service delivery with strategic goals
  • Oversee deployment of corporate and cluster-specific HR projects
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for service enhancement and cost optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7–10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Strong background in HR operations and business partnering within global, multi-SBU environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive transformation
  • Experience in employee/labor relations (ER/LR) is essential
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are an asset
  • Willingness to travel across the cluster (up to 50%)
