Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-impact HR Business Services team ( ~10 p), fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Ensure seamless delivery of HR services across the cluster, aligned with global standards and local needs
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean and digital tools
Collaborate with senior HR and business leaders to align service delivery with strategic goals
Oversee deployment of corporate and cluster-specific HR projects
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for service enhancement and cost optimization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7–10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership roles
Strong background in HR operations and business partnering within global, multi-SBU environments
Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive transformation
Experience in employee/labor relations (ER/LR) is essential
Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English; other European languages are an asset
Willingness to travel across the cluster (up to 50%)
