Responsibilities
Provide a variety of human resources solutions to help departments meet business initiatives.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring, communicating, and interpreting applicable HR federal, state, and company requirements, laws, and regulations.
Monitor the administration of the company’s diverse compensation programs that includes both exempt and non-exempt employees.
Give direction and advice on complex and controversial issues.
Analyze data from exit interviews.
Help with the implementation of larger-scale HR projects, events, and programs.
Present summary reports to management on current trends.
Provide direction to managers and employees regarding company policies, procedures, career development, and workplace issues.
Advises managers on the interpretation of employment law.
Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
4-6 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
