About the role

  • Senior HR Generalist providing HR solutions to meet business initiatives. Ensuring legal compliance and managing diverse compensation programs in a leading global flooring company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a variety of human resources solutions to help departments meet business initiatives.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring, communicating, and interpreting applicable HR federal, state, and company requirements, laws, and regulations.
  • Monitor the administration of the company’s diverse compensation programs that includes both exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Give direction and advice on complex and controversial issues.
  • Analyze data from exit interviews.
  • Help with the implementation of larger-scale HR projects, events, and programs.
  • Present summary reports to management on current trends.
  • Provide direction to managers and employees regarding company policies, procedures, career development, and workplace issues.
  • Advises managers on the interpretation of employment law.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • HR certification preferred.
