Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic HR partner to the CEO Europe and regional leaders, translating business goals into actionable people plans to drive business outcomes and employee engagement.
Advise and coach leaders on performance management, organizational design, talent planning, and the execution of key HR programs (performance reviews, compensation cycles, and leadership development).
Lead complex employee relations casework and investigations, ensuring timely, fair, and legally compliant resolution while strictly adhering to UK employment law and company policy.

Champion the company culture and leadership expectations, and support policy creation and updates, ensuring Europe (EU and UK) legislative compliance and consistency with global standards.
Requirements
4+ years of progressive HR experience within the UK, including direct HR Business Partner exposure to operations and/or corporate functions.
Strong, proven understanding of UK employment law, employee relations, and successful experience managing complex casework and providing compliant, business-aligned recommendations.
Demonstrated success advising and influencing senior leaders on performance, organizational structure, and talent strategies.
Experience designing and executing P&C programs such as engagement, performance, and compensation cycles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to diagnose issues, tell a compelling story, and influence strategic business decisions.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with proven experience collaborating with international or matrixed teams across multiple time zones.
