About the role

  • Independently handle all administrative and organizational tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and crossboarding
  • Maintain personnel files and update master data in SAP SuccessFactors and the time-tracking tool Atoss
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related questions from employees and managers
  • Handle work permit applications and carry out required reporting/notification procedures

Requirements

  • Commercial/basic business education, ideally supplemented by further training as an HR administrator or as an HR specialist with a Swiss federal specialist diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
  • Initial professional experience in personnel administration, preferably in a shared-services environment
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in German
  • Good English skills; any additional language is a plus
  • IT-savvy and comfortable working digitally
  • Strong team player
