About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening,
  • Draft and refine job descriptions and assessment tools tailored to role requirements;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and timelines;
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and analytics dashboards;
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing engagement programs, organizing team building, and other employee activities that foster inclusion, recognition, and well-being;
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions; analyze results and recommend actions;
  • Assist in tracking employee training and seminars;
  • Monitor engagement KPIs and report trends to management;
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Streamline and optimize human resource tasks and reports by leveraging technology to automate manual, repetitive, and time-consuming processes.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks, including asset management, purchasing, documentation, etc.;
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership and compliance purposes;
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems;
  • Engage in continuous learning, innovate, utilize AI resources, and stay current with HR trends and best practices;

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • ● Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, engagement, or analytics.
  • ● Strong analytical skills
  • ● Excellent in Oral and written communication skills
  • ● Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other HRIS applications.
  • ● Knowledgeable in automation and/or AI tools
  • ● Strong interpersonal skills
  • ● Pleasing personality
  • ● Must be proficient in Google Workspace and/or MS Office.
  • ● Familiarity with additional project management tools and various HRIS platforms, is a valuable advantage.
