Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening,
Draft and refine job descriptions and assessment tools tailored to role requirements;
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and timelines;
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and analytics dashboards;
Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing engagement programs, organizing team building, and other employee activities that foster inclusion, recognition, and well-being;
Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions; analyze results and recommend actions;
Assist in tracking employee training and seminars;
Monitor engagement KPIs and report trends to management;
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement;
Streamline and optimize human resource tasks and reports by leveraging technology to automate manual, repetitive, and time-consuming processes.
Assist in various administrative tasks, including asset management, purchasing, documentation, etc.;
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership and compliance purposes;
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems;
Engage in continuous learning, innovate, utilize AI resources, and stay current with HR trends and best practices;
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, engagement, or analytics.
● Strong analytical skills
● Excellent in Oral and written communication skills
● Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other HRIS applications.
● Knowledgeable in automation and/or AI tools
● Strong interpersonal skills
● Pleasing personality
● Must be proficient in Google Workspace and/or MS Office.
● Familiarity with additional project management tools and various HRIS platforms, is a valuable advantage.
