About the role

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of service and solution offers, including tool management and pay-per-part models
  • Lead and build capabilities and dedicated resources to accelerate service sales
  • Manage full sales cycle: identify customers, present offers, negotiate pricing models, and close deals
  • Oversee hardware and software installation projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor ongoing performance and support production optimization for performance-based agreements
  • Ensure long-term customer value creation and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • Report to Vice President of Global Sales and participate in international travel

Requirements

  • Strong background in industrial B2B sales management
  • Solid understanding of the metal-cutting tool market, including customer requirements and competitor dynamics
  • Experience selling service-based offers or similar solutions (e.g., tool management, performance-based models)
  • Knowledge of modern sales processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Comfortable negotiating with customers and managing complex projects
  • Experience leading change in a global context and working across cultures and functions
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experience in digital transformation and industrial innovation is a strong advantage
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
