About the role

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of service and solution offers, including tool management and performance-based models
  • Lead dedicated resources and build capabilities to sell services
  • Manage full sales cycle from identifying new customers and presenting offers to negotiating pricing models
  • Manage hardware and software installation projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor ongoing performance for performance-based agreements and support production optimization
  • Ensure customer value creation and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders and report to the Vice President of Global Sales
  • International travel as part of the role

Requirements

  • Strong background in industrial B2B sales management
  • Solid understanding of the metal-cutting tool market, including customer requirements and competitor dynamics
  • Experience selling service-based offers or similar solutions (essential)
  • Knowledge of modern sales processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach
  • Comfortable negotiating with customers and managing complex projects
  • Experience leading change in a global context
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work across cultures and functions
  • Experience in digital transformation and industrial innovation (strong advantage)
  • Willingness to travel internationally
