About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with Plasma’s General Counsel to oversee and continuously strengthen the internal operations organization.
- Define and execute the operations roadmap covering workflows, KPIs, and budget planning.
- Partner with Plasma's Financial Manager to oversee financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow tracking.
- Ensure smooth execution of people operations, including onboarding, global employment frameworks, and productivity tooling.
- Serve as an early hands-on operator and evolve into a people leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of operations experience, with at least 5 years within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology.
- Experience leading operations in regulated or rapidly scaling crypto organizations.
- Knowledge of global compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to build and lead distributed operations teams across multiple geographies.
