About the role

  • Head of Marketing overseeing marketing department at a leading European fintech. Driving strategic marketing initiatives and collaborating with sales and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Overall responsibility for effective execution of marketing strategy comprising the following domains:
  • Product Marketing (build, review, maintain product collateral in line with our ICP)
  • Sales Enablement (build, review, maintain effective sales material including sales presentations, success stories etc. and support sales team with effective deal-based marketing activities and lead generation campaigns)
  • Digital Marketing (build, maintain and execute effective assets and content initiatives in Digital Marketing using all relevant channels and formats)
  • Brand Design (create and update design assets that help build brand equity, as well as support day-to-day marketing activities; oversee brand positioning and messaging across all channels)
  • Corporate Communication (develop and execute engaging communication strategies for all internal and external stake holders)
  • Event Support (plan, manage and oversee execution of all internal and external events like conferences, customer advisory meetings, events with prospects, etc.)
  • Investor Marketing (support CFO and CEO with creation of assets and activities like AGM, Annual Report, Investors reports etc.)
  • Employer Branding
  • Build, lead and mentor the marketing team
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth areas
  • Represent the marketing function in executive meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics
  • Strong understanding and experience in B2B, Saas/ Tech marketing environments
  • Strong experience in B2B Product Marketing
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of branding, content, performance and demand generation
