Responsibilities

  • Drive fast, high-quality content creation, sourcing inputs, shaping messages, editing and publishing with strong visuals.
  • Create compelling visuals to deliver Team’s marketing whether that’s filming, editing and publishing videos, sourcing visuals to support an idea or working with our graphic designer to create visuals that help convey the story.
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor content, and emerging themes. Suggest timely, relevant content ideas that keep us ahead – we lead the pack with our marketing, and we want you to push new ideas.
  • Find where our clients source information and ensure our content is front and centre. Maximise third party websites, partner platforms and industry channels to engage our market. Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to identify the top-performing content formats and explore opportunities to drive better engagement, whether from SEO/GEO optimisations or through new and better content approaches. Ensure every piece gets the visibility it deserves.
  • Spot great speaking opportunities and trend-driving topics for our consultants. Coordinate event assets, including stand materials, posters and videos - ensuring everything is polished and on message.

  • Create and publish clear, engaging PR content and announcements to promote Team’s business, industry collaborations and expertise.
  • Ensure our content is shared with target clients who would benefit from it most. Refresh and repurpose existing content (posters, decks, blogs) to support key accounts with high quality, relevant materials.
  • Take ownership of large-scale marketing projects such as milestone celebrations and multichannel campaigns.

Requirements

  • Exceptional proofreading and editorial skills, with the confidence to create content on behalf of our consultants.

  • Proven ability to independently drive and coordinate significant marketing initiatives, keeping multiple projects on track and managing input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident working with technical experts, using strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills to extract, shape and refine high quality content.
  • A passion for creating engaging, high impact content that reflects our ambition to lead the industry.
