About the role

  • Partner with Postman’s GTM leaders and Talent Acquisition team to drive end-to-end recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles.
  • Create and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract diverse, high-caliber talent.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies and tools.
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience that reflects both Postman’s and Sustainable Talent’s values.
  • Provide market insights, data-driven recommendations, and ongoing communication to hiring leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in GTM, SaaS, or tech sales recruiting.
  • A proven ability to fill critical roles quickly and effectively while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.
  • Strong relationship management and consultative communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with fast-growing or high-tech clients.
  • A passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering measurable impact.
