About the role

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across the Data and AI portfolio to accelerate market presence and revenue performance.
  • Identify and prioritise high-potential sectors, clients, and partnership opportunities.
  • Shape and deliver go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
  • Position Inovus in strategic conversations that connect Data and AI capabilities with client business outcomes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders) to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Lead the shaping of solutions that are commercially viable, outcome-focused, and aligned with client priorities.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery to design and scope offerings that can scale effectively.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, representing the voice of the market to inform new propositions and services.
  • Achieve growth and revenue targets through new opportunities, strategic accounts, and partnerships.
  • Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline that reflects market opportunity and strategic priorities.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, insights, and market intelligence to support planning and decision-making.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to maximise impact and return.

Requirements

  • 7–15 years’ experience driving commercial growth through business development, partnerships, or strategic sales within Data & AI, digital transformation, or related technology and services industries.
  • Proven track record in identifying and converting new market opportunities, acquiring new customers, and expanding existing relationships to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
  • Experienced in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and client needs.
  • Skilled in engaging and influencing CxO-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, CSO) and senior decision-makers to position data-driven and technology-led solutions.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen with the ability to design compelling value propositions, pricing models, and partnership frameworks.
  • Capable of managing the full growth lifecycle from market mapping and prospecting through to deal negotiation, close, and handover to delivery teams.
  • Entrepreneurial and results-focused mindset, comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving markets and contributing to overall business strategy.
  • Able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive measurable growth, market impact, and long-term client success.
