Manage the end-to-end new business pitch process, including resourcing for new business needs.
Maintain and continue to add to core growth materials — including creds, case studies, and pitch materials.
Manage and contribute to the new business pipeline, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and proactive planning in partnership with the Growth team.
Collaborate with regional growth + marketing teams on regional workstreams.
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in new business or growth roles within an agency environment
Proven success in managing Sport + Sponsorship related pitches with multiple stakeholders.
Deep understanding of marketing, communications, and creative industries, with strong commercial instincts.
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills; an excellent presenter and writer.
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using CRM or pipeline tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage reporting is a plus.
Ability to travel periodically.
