About the role

  • Growth Specialist maximizing revenue strategies for financial products. Focused on data-driven growth, impactful experiments, and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and unlock growth levers for the customer base
  • Work on activation, credit limit utilization, average ticket, retention, and collections
  • Structure hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful initiatives
  • Measure the financial impact generated by comparing *as is* vs. *to be* scenarios
  • Build and execute **growth strategies based on financial levers**
  • Ensure **prioritization by financial impact**, not by volume
  • Measure **AS IS vs TO BE** scenarios
  • Calculate the **delta of results generated**

Requirements

  • Strong experience in **data- and results-driven Growth**
  • Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel/Sheets, SQL or BI tools)
  • Experience with **experiments, cohorts and financial metrics**
  • Experience with financial products, credit, payments or retail
  • Ability to structure hypotheses and action plans
  • Strong pluses:
  • Experience with **private label, CDC (consumer installment credit), cards, fintech or merchant acquiring**
  • Knowledge of **LTV, RFV, scoring, risk and collections**
  • Experience with **variable / performance-based compensation models**
  • Experience working closely with finance teams
