About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-level strategy aligned with company goals, with a focus on cross-selling and upselling to both new and existing users.
  • Own and drive billings targets, translating revenue goals into actionable and measurable project plans.
  • Continuously identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to achieve revenue growth and enhance customer experience across our product portfolio.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across product, growth, data, design, and research teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
  • Act as the central point of contact to ensure effective communication and smooth coordination across distributed teams.
  • Analyze customer behaviors, preferences, and buying patterns to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within our product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Growth Manager, or Technical Project Manager in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a tech or SaaS organization.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through customer-focused strategic initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to align teams around strategic objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and engage diverse stakeholders.
