Responsibilities
- Develop strategic media planning aligned with the squad's goals.
- Direct and manage the media agency, ensuring quality deliverables, alignment, and adherence to deadlines.
- Review media plans, target audiences, rationale, segmentations, and creatives.
- Analyze results and consolidate insights, presenting clear readings for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure creative assets delivered by the agency align with the brand identity and campaign needs.
- Propose new tests, optimization opportunities, and growth pathways.
- Conduct benchmarks and monitor market trends.
- Lead the preparation of performance reports and action plans.
- Monitor acquisition and lead-quality KPIs, helping guide the team toward efficiency and scale.
Requirements
- Experience with paid media campaigns (planning, analysis, data interpretation).
- Agency management experience (direction, follow-up, validation).
- Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to turn numbers into a compelling narrative.
- Organized, clear communicator, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Practical knowledge of acquisition KPIs (CPL, CPA, CAC, etc.).
- Experience with GA4, Looker, or similar tools (analytical level).
- Experience in fintechs, e-commerce, or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and funnels.
- Understanding of performance creative best practices (to guide the agency).
