Responsibilities
Proactively secure group business within Association & SMERF markets
Manage and grow existing accounts with strategic sales efforts
Develop new business opportunities and meet quarterly sales goals
Collaborate with internal teams and maintain market expertise
Represent Drury Hotels at industry events and networking opportunities
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
Requirements
2–4 years of group sales experience (hospitality preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and tech skills (Microsoft Office)
College degree in sales/marketing is a plus
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10%
