About the role

  • Serve as a process consultant/SME to HRSD teams in identifying their own process opportunities as well as drive improvements and sustainable results
  • Partner with HRSD teams to launch new CI projects and provide support including workshop facilitation, current state discovery
  • Utilize standard HR process classification across the service delivery model
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and digitize HR services to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce service gaps
  • Conduct root-cause analyses on recurring service issues and implement corrective action plans
  • Partner with HR Technology teams to implement new digital tools, self-service capabilities, and automation solutions
  • Support development of business cases within HRSD and in partnership with other COEs
  • Collaborate and communicate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Service Delivery Leaders to align process optimization priorities with organizational needs
  • Act as a key liaison with IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure end-to-end process alignment
  • Engage HR leadership with insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Significant experience in HR operations, service delivery, or process improvement roles.
  • Proven expertise in process excellence frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) and HR service delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and technologies (Workday, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, data interpretation, and process-mapping skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Strong project management and change management/communication experience.
  • English proficiency required; working knowledge of Spanish a plus
