Serve as a process consultant/SME to HRSD teams in identifying their own process opportunities as well as drive improvements and sustainable results
Partner with HRSD teams to launch new CI projects and provide support including workshop facilitation, current state discovery
Utilize standard HR process classification across the service delivery model
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and digitize HR services to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce service gaps
Conduct root-cause analyses on recurring service issues and implement corrective action plans
Partner with HR Technology teams to implement new digital tools, self-service capabilities, and automation solutions
Support development of business cases within HRSD and in partnership with other COEs
Collaborate and communicate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Service Delivery Leaders to align process optimization priorities with organizational needs
Act as a key liaison with IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure end-to-end process alignment
Engage HR leadership with insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (Master’s preferred)
Significant experience in HR operations, service delivery, or process improvement roles.
Proven expertise in process excellence frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) and HR service delivery models.
Strong understanding of HR systems and technologies (Workday, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or similar).
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, data interpretation, and process-mapping skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Strong project management and change management/communication experience.
English proficiency required; working knowledge of Spanish a plus
