About the role
- Manage accounts receivable & payable
- Record and review invoices for accurate bookings
- Handle payment runs and monitor cash flow
- Support monthly, quarterly & annual closings incl. reconciliations
- Spot opportunities for smarter processes and improvements
- Keep finance documentation & guidelines up to date
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Completed commercial training, degree, or similar qualification
- Solid MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- German C1
- English B2/C1
- A proactive, hands-on mindset
