Responsibilities
The Associate supports the General Secretary on key business priorities, including designing and implementing new internal and external processes.
Prepare meetings with external stakeholders, assist with post-meeting follow-up, track actions through to conversion, and maintain stakeholder momentum.
Assist with the organization of events for investors and customers.
Support research and projects related to relationships with regulatory stakeholders, fundraisings, and governance matters.
Contribute to the preparation and management of board packs for Pérvenir (content, timelines, Q&A); conduct targeted legal and market research.
Help organize the team’s operating rhythm (cadence, rituals, documentation), drive follow-up on key milestones and OKRs, and improve internal processes and cross-team coordination.
Harmonize the weekly internal communications.
Strengthen the company’s presence at major events and on social channels; organize internal and external events to build the Alan network and systematize outreach and leverage global connections.
End-to-end organization of events with top schools at our offices.
Support cross-functional projects (e.g., Occupational Health) through research, synthesis, and stakeholder coordination; turn insights into actionable recommendations for product and operations teams.
Source and recruit the next GS Associate.
