About the role

  • Build an environment for people to do their best work

  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders including brokers, risk managers, the Large Loss Team, underwriting and business development

Requirements

  • University degree/college diploma, CIP or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a casualty claim adjuster combined with leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of CGL, D&O, TP PD and Auto Bodily Injury claims
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain a high level of team engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
