Requirements
- University degree/college diploma, CIP or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a casualty claim adjuster combined with leadership experience
- Strong understanding of CGL, D&O, TP PD and Auto Bodily Injury claims
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Ability to develop and maintain a high level of team engagement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
