Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end change approach for transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption across impacted teams
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communications, keeping senior leaders aligned and driving buy-in
  • Deliver change readiness, impact assessments, and adoption plans (including training and resistance management)

Requirements

  • An independent consultant
  • 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment
  • Can work 3-5 days on site in Dublin, Ireland
