About the role

  • Senior Strategy & Planning Manager at T-Mobile managing strategic and operational tasks to assist the President of Marketing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing insights for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Support the President of Marketing, Strategy, & Product (MSP) and leadership team in strategic, operational, and financial activities
  • Ensure the President is prepared for engagements with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate across all levels to keep leadership informed and drive key initiatives
  • Develop insights, craft actionable plans, and support decision-making at the highest level
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Technology to align initiatives with business goals
  • Assist in managing organization's operating rhythm, including tracking and monitoring follow up of critical actions
  • Develop key insights to help foster informed decision-making
  • Assist with special projects for the President, his Chief of Staff, and broader leadership team
  • Provide outstanding leadership and management to help the group deliver on business goals

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, strategy and operations, business analysis
  • 4+ years of business operations experience in Marketing or other support organization
  • 4+ years of program management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
