About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the President of Marketing, Strategy, & Product (MSP) and leadership team in strategic, operational, and financial activities
- Ensure the President is prepared for engagements with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate across all levels to keep leadership informed and drive key initiatives
- Develop insights, craft actionable plans, and support decision-making at the highest level
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Technology to align initiatives with business goals
- Assist in managing organization's operating rhythm, including tracking and monitoring follow up of critical actions
- Develop key insights to help foster informed decision-making
- Assist with special projects for the President, his Chief of Staff, and broader leadership team
- Provide outstanding leadership and management to help the group deliver on business goals
Requirements
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, strategy and operations, business analysis
- 4+ years of business operations experience in Marketing or other support organization
- 4+ years of program management experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
