About the role

  • Handle incoming calls and assist customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions
  • Deliver a positive customer experience and build customer loyalty
  • Manage cases efficiently using various internal tools and systems
  • Actively contribute to a motivated, collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written)
  • Good level of English (B2) for internal communication
  • Strong customer service orientation, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with computer tools and multitasking
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus (not required)
  • Right to work in Portugal (EU passport or Portuguese residence permit)
