Field Service Engineer providing first-class service to customers in Greater London & South East. Requires extensive travel and strong IT skills for support and maintenance of medical tech products.
Responsibilities
Responsible for providing first-class service to our customers in Greater London & South East.
Install, support, and maintain Vision RT product range.
Perform site surveys ensuring all aspects of installation requirements are met in line with Vision RT processes and procedures.
Provide reactive breakdown support (remote and on site).
Provide planned maintenance/ upgrade support (remote and on site).
Plan and perform installations in line with Vision RT installation processes & procedures.
Liaise with customers and our installers.
Travelling to different hospitals throughout Greater London & the South East, with occasional responsibilities in other parts of the country on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements
Strong IT background required including; Supporting Microsoft environment workstations, device networking and database troubleshooting, Supporting external and internal customers in the Field Service Engineers territory, PC hardware skills including replacing PC components and diagnostics.
Highly motivated customer focused engineer with excellent customer facing and technical problem-solving skills.
Comfortable interfacing with clients and other stakeholders at all levels of their organization.
Results orientated with a “Can Do” attitude and clear enthusiasm for excelling in customer satisfaction.
Experienced field engineer with electromechanical and IT skills, ideally from medical or IT industry.
Ability to drill and mount, mechanical bracketry in raised ceilings.
Ability to read and work with technical drawings and architects’ drawings.
