About the role

  • Customer Support Professional assisting Trimble Nova clients with CAD and calculation software. Key responsibilities include providing support through technical hotline and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Direct point of contact for our customers
  • Independent support of our customers during the introduction and use of our CAD and calculation software for building services engineering (focus: HLS)
  • Assisting customers with inquiries via the telephone hotline.

Requirements

  • Trained technical drafter (system planner), technician or engineer specializing in building services engineering (heating, ventilation, sanitary)
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAE programs (HLSE) is an advantage
  • Confident manner and enjoyment in customer-facing roles.
