About the role
- Infrastructure Analyst managing IT server infrastructure and support tasks at EuroChem, a global fertilizer provider. Seeking candidates with strong Linux and VMware skills.
Responsibilities
- Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems;
- Administer and maintain server infrastructure (physical and virtual);
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems;
- Manage virtualization environments (VMware), ensuring high availability and performance;
- Knowledge of local area, wide area (WAN), and wireless networks;
- Perform backup and data recovery routines (Veeam), ensuring data integrity and business continuity;
- Monitor network assets, acting proactively to prevent and resolve failures;
- Provide second- and third-level support, resolving incidents and delivering specialized technical assistance to other teams;
- Escalate incidents/requests and collaborate with the global IT team (English required);
- Participate in infrastructure projects such as migrations, system upgrades, and deployment of new technologies;
- Document environments, procedures, and technical solutions to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing;
- Monitor infrastructure performance indicators and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Technology-related field;
- Advanced English (frequent meetings with Global IT);
- Strong knowledge of Linux;
- Experience with VMware, Windows, Zabbix, and backup platforms;
- Desired certifications in Operating Systems, Networking, Cloud, or ITIL;
- Working hours: 07:00–15:20 or 13:40–22:00;
- Availability to reside in Greater São Paulo.
