Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly to understand their business and deliver value-adding solutions
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
Achieve sales targets and report on performance regularly
Maintain and expand the customer database using our CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand Nexi’s reach
Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in the similar role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets
Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience in the payments or fintech industry (bonus)
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies (bonus)
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting (bonus)
