Responsibilities
You handle the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of pension provision
You act as the primary contact for occupational and private pension matters for our client base
You are responsible for ongoing account management of our corporate and private clients
You ensure full, as far as possible case-closing, processing of tasks and cases
You work closely with our internal service team and independently conduct annual review meetings
You advise on and propose corporate benefits concepts (focus: occupational pensions (bAV), company health insurance (bKV), occupational income protection, and time accounts)
You expand our network through targeted sales activities and are responsible for acquiring new clients
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Specialist or a related university degree, or equivalent qualifications
Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
A passion for customer care and close client relationships
A strong commitment to customer satisfaction
