About the role
- Customer Advisor for Insurance focusing on pension management in Freiburg. Responsible for customer care and corporate benefit consulting.
Responsibilities
- You handle the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of pension provision
- You act as the primary contact for occupational and private pension matters for our client base
- You are responsible for ongoing account management of our corporate and private clients
- You ensure full, as far as possible case-closing, processing of tasks and cases
- You work closely with our internal service team and independently conduct annual review meetings
- You advise on and propose corporate benefits concepts (focus: occupational pensions (bAV), company health insurance (bKV), occupational income protection, and time accounts)
- You expand our network through targeted sales activities and are responsible for acquiring new clients
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Specialist or a related university degree, or equivalent qualifications
