About the role
- Sales Representative for managing client relationships and acquiring new customers in Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium in the technical glass sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers in your sales territory
- Acquire, advise and support new customers (architects, construction companies, glass processors/fabricators)
- Identify market potential and develop tailored solutions for our customers
- Monitor the market and conduct competitor analyses
- Deliver product training and provide technical consultations
- Prepare cost calculations, quotations and contracts
- Process orders with a target- and results-oriented approach
- Coordinate customer requirements with internal interface departments
- Participate in trade fairs and events
- Provide regular reports to sales management and maintain the CRM system
- Promote and develop sales activities through your own initiatives
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally in construction, glass, or related industries
- Several years of field sales experience, preferably in the sales of technical products or building materials
- Strong technical understanding (knowledge of insulating glass products is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and an independent working style
- Excellent German language skills (knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel within the specified regions (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium)
- Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving license (Class B)
