About the role

  • Sales Representative for managing client relationships and acquiring new customers in Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium in the technical glass sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers in your sales territory
  • Acquire, advise and support new customers (architects, construction companies, glass processors/fabricators)
  • Identify market potential and develop tailored solutions for our customers
  • Monitor the market and conduct competitor analyses
  • Deliver product training and provide technical consultations
  • Prepare cost calculations, quotations and contracts
  • Process orders with a target- and results-oriented approach
  • Coordinate customer requirements with internal interface departments
  • Participate in trade fairs and events
  • Provide regular reports to sales management and maintain the CRM system
  • Promote and develop sales activities through your own initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally in construction, glass, or related industries
  • Several years of field sales experience, preferably in the sales of technical products or building materials
  • Strong technical understanding (knowledge of insulating glass products is an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and an independent working style
  • Excellent German language skills (knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel within the specified regions (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium)
  • Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driving license (Class B)
