About the role

  • Kundenberater im Außendienst für Versicherungen bei BüchnerBarella. Betreuung von Bestandskunden und Neukundengewinnung in einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of pension and retirement planning
  • Act as the point of contact for matters related to occupational and private pension provision for our client base
  • Provide account management for our corporate and private clients
  • Handle processes comprehensively, aiming for case closure wherever possible
  • Work closely with our internal/office-based team
  • Conduct annual review meetings independently
  • Propose and advise on corporate benefits concepts
  • Acquire new clients and expand our network through targeted sales activities

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services specialist (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
  • Passion for client service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
