About the role

  • Insurance Consultant managing individual insurance needs for clients. Collaborating with internal services and providing guidance on corporate benefit concepts with client satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

  • You handle the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of pension and benefits
  • You serve as the point of contact for occupational and private pension provision for our client base
  • You manage the portfolio of our corporate and private clients
  • You are responsible for the complete handling of cases, aiming for case closure wherever possible
  • You work closely with our internal team and independently conduct annual review meetings
  • You advise on and present proposals for corporate benefits concepts

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk, a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
  • Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
  • A passion for customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working with a strong team spirit
