About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of retirement provision
  • Serve as the point of contact for occupational and private retirement provision matters for our client base
  • Take responsibility for the portfolio management of our corporate and private clients
  • Be responsible for processing cases completely and, where possible, to a case-closing resolution
  • Conduct annual review meetings independently
  • Provide advice and proposals on corporate benefit concepts
  • Acquire new customers through targeted sales activities

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent
  • Alternatively, convince us as a career changer with relevant expertise
  • A passion for customer service and building close customer relationships; committed to customer satisfaction
  • A collaborative team player who feels comfortable in our family-like work environment and embraces a 'we' mentality
