About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' individual insurance needs in the area of pension and retirement provision
  • Serve as the point of contact on matters of occupational and private retirement provision for our client base
  • Provide ongoing portfolio management for our corporate and private clients
  • Take responsibility for the complete, ideally case-closing processing of cases
  • Work closely with our internal office team and independently conduct annual review meetings
  • Present proposals in the area of corporate benefits concepts
  • Expand the network through targeted sales activities and be responsible for acquiring new clients

Requirements

  • Completed vocational qualification as an Insurance and Financial Services Specialist (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent
  • Alternatively, career changers with appropriate expertise are welcome
  • A passion for customer service and close client relationships
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable with a team-oriented "we" mentality and our family-like working environment
