About the role
- Servicetechniker/Elektroniker providing on-site service and technical support for inspection devices in Germany and occasionally Europe. Requirement includes flexible traveling and good technical qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission and provide on-site technical support for our inspection devices directly at customer locations
- Perform inspections, repairs and modifications on existing devices and machines
- Diagnose technical faults and resolve them quickly and independently
- Train customers on the operation and maintenance of our systems and support them in daily use
- Coordinate service calls, spare parts and technical inquiries with internal departments and customers
- Represent our company at customer sites — primarily in Germany, occasionally elsewhere in Europe, and rarely worldwide
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as an electronics technician or hold a comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience
- You work independently, in a structured way, and with high quality standards
- You demonstrate a friendly manner, empathy and intercultural competence
- You are flexible and open to changing assignments — nationally and occasionally internationally
- You have good English skills, particularly in technical contexts
- You are reliable, have strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with customers and colleagues
